After you configure the business description, tone, qualification questions, and availability, Afterglint uses only that information plus the conversation history to answer routine questions. It never invents pricing, policies, guarantees, or availability.

When does a human take over?

A conversation is handed to the team when you ask for a person, when the request is outside the configured business information, when a complaint or urgent issue needs judgment, or when safety and consent rules prevent an automatic reply. The handoff is shown in the conversation and recorded for the workspace team.

Can I request an appointment?

Yes. Afterglint shows only the availability windows configured by the workspace. You can propose a time inside those windows, and the request is saved for the team to confirm. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the team accepts it.

How do consent and opt-out work?

Consent is explicit. Without positive consent, automatic follow-up is blocked rather than silently sent. You can opt out at any time; the conversation stays saved, but automated delivery pauses. You can ask for a human or submit a new consented note when you are ready.

What happens to my information?

Your note and conversation are kept in the private workspace inbox for the configured business. Public views expose only your own conversation through an expiring, secure browser session; owner and administration details are never exposed in the customer flow.

Create an account, choose a plan, and complete hosted checkout. Access is verified after payment settles, so a short pending state or retry path is expected. You can manage an active subscription from your signed-in panel.
